ABOUT THE HOST:
Astrid Mueller, who triumphed over stage 4 breast cancer, is a breast cancer thriver, author, speaker, and wellness consultant. Through her virtual retreats and wellness programs, she supports cancer patients in their emotional and mental well-being, enhancing their life quality and accelerating their healing.
In her healing journey, she discovered the transformative power of joy, and strategically chose to do wellness things for her ful-person: body, emotions, mind, spirit, and soul to optimize her healing.
This approach helped her reduce stress, supporting her immune system and minimizing treatment side-effects, develop strong resilience and coping tools, and a vibrant zest for life.
Astrid became acutely aware that most patients do NOT seem to do so well, and that comprehensive wellness support like Astrid sought-out and used for her own healing does NOT seem easily accessible to most patients (!)
