The Retreat Style:
This retreat is especially designed to release high-levels of stress, and to give a space of much-needed relaxation, inspiration, and soulful support.
There will be just a few live group calls on zoom and a private facebook group, with lots of space for reflection and rest. For highest benefit, save the full weekend!

The first time I hosted a retreat like this...
I had just completed chemotherapy and was facing a mastectomy. I felt inspired to create a retreat for myself and fellow cancer patients.
Choosing to stay at a luxurious hotel, I was joined from afar by a courageous woman who had also been touched by cancer.
She transformed her own home into a wellness oasis, using the special sparkling retreat package I had sent her. It was her first time creating such a feel-good space for herself, and the impact of the retreat touched her deeply on multiple levels!
The retreat allowed us to process big life changes, discover new opportunities, replenish heart and body, and embrace next steps in our healing journeys.
The Retreat Program:
A week before the retreat:

- Self-care, mindset, wellness and joy prompts from CANcer thriver, author, and wellness coach Astrid Mueller ✨
- Cancer nutrition coach Stacy Davis will help prep easy + yum retreat meals
- Life Refresh Coach, Laura Ann Garris will Refresh us with energetic affirmations, reiki and visualizations.
- Health and Wellness Coach and CANcer overcomer and thriver, Terri Sterk, will rejuvenate us with tools to lead a heart-filled life.
- Gentle Transformation Coach Natalia Volanberg will help reset and relax your nervous system with Clarity Breathwork.
- Professional singer Phillip Enkey will inspire with live performances! ✨
Day 1 - Friday:
- Go to your retreat location + make it cozy.
- Give yourself the freedom to relax and unwind.
- Receive a long-distance feelgood play prompt
Day 2 - Saturday:
- Get ready for an immersive experience!
- 2-3 zoom group calls with guided activities.
- Between the calls, make time for inspiration.
Day 3 - Sunday:
- Save the day for introspection and integration.
- Get creative, or relax, or enjoy time outside.
- Find gems + set intentions for your well-being.
Day 4 - Monday (Celebration Day!)
- Live group Zoom call for celebration.
- Reflect on your retreat, and share as inspired.
- Celebrate the awareness gems you found!
- Find your best next steps + support forward.

This experience would normally cost $350 and up. Astrid made this super accessible to allow for easy sponsoring and participation. CANcer patients and THRIVERS get in for free (by being sponsored.)

THE SPONSORSHIP:
Your sponsorship will help a person you'd like to sponsor to participate in the CANcer THRIVER program. ALL contributions are welcome and will be put on the tab for that person. Reaching a tab of $100 will give them access for 2 weeks, $333 for 4 weeks, and $999 will unlock the FULL 90 days of the program!
